And here Dib was, stuck in this forest on this human-like world. He walked through the shady looking forest, almost looking quite concerned on why his base sent him out to this place. 

"Gah!" 

He hissed as a particularly weird tree branch wacked him on the back of his head, almost ripping his headphone-like ear amplifiers dangerously from his head. He winced in pain, shifting his core upward as if looking up at it. As he rubbed the back of his head with a dripping hand of cytoplasm, he continued his exploration. The fog that hid the ground coasting past his ankles and calfs, leaving featherlight whispers of cold.

He shivered idly, cursing himself for not thinking about putting on his more appropriate mecha boot set before sighing. He can't exactly cancel the exploration, he was already on the planet. So with a cautious step and seeping coldness, he stepped onward.

After a few hours of exploring the creepy, sparsely decorated woods, he heard a crunch below his feet. Lowering his hologram, he looked down to see a trail of very colourful candy that he remembered from his studies were named 'Candy Corn' due to their sugar and loose corn-like shape. "Hm?" He peered closely at the glittering, crumbled treat that hid in the ground's fog.

He followed the trail, collecting some to take back for experimentation and study. However, he found it difficult to resist picking up more than a 'few'. As he sat down in a clearing, he picked one from the pile in his right hand and inspected it as he said to himself, "Gathered a lot of candy..." he paused for but a moment before finishing his sentence, "This human candy's interesting."
