Notice: user-made terms are not binding, unless you have provided an electronic signature to the designer in question. You are responsible for obtaining and recording the version of the terms you agreed to.

Please remember to:

• Use transfer notes when reselling my designs - I use this to make sure people aren't upselling.
• Authorize me if you private one of my designs - I like to check in on them every so often!

Please feel free to:

• Tweak my designs, as long as they're still recognizable compared to the original.
• Gift or trade my characters. Anything is fine aside from upselling / freebie flipping!
• Ask me if you're unsure about anything else!

Please ask for permission before:

• Flipping my designs for profit.
  • Please purchase them, so I at least get something out of my work!
• Anything else I haven't listed that you believe you should ask about.

Please do not:

• Trade any of my designs to minors, as they cannot see or interact with me due to mature block.
• Trade any of my designs to users on my blacklist.
• Upsell my designs without adding self-drawn or commissioned art to them.
• Flip my designs for monetary profit if you got them for free.
• Use my designs for bigoted or illegal purposes. (promoting racism, queerphobia, pedophilia, etc.)
• Edit or recolour my art.
  • You are free to ask me for edits, as I likely still have the original files.
• Delete my designs.
  • If you no longer want them, you can send them back to me for rehoming!
• Reupload my designs.
  • I use my designs tab to track ownership history and check in on them!
• Trade any of my designs to an off-site user.
  • I can get them a join code if needed!
• Private my designs without authorizing me.
  • I need to keep track of my designs and also like check in on them sometimes!
