- You are free to redesign characters I have made but please keep the original image on their toyhouse profile somewhere.

- Do not reference designs made by me to create other characters. If you own the design that I made that you want to reference in order to make a twin character/sister character PLEASE contact me first. I understand wanting similar characters, however I am uncomfortable when people do this without giving me a heads up or check if I allow heavy inspiration on my designs.

- Do not remove my credit on at least the art.

- If you block me, I reserve the right to refuse your offers in the future, even if you unblock me.

- If you have blocked me, please do not purchase my designs from the adoption center or enter raffles from me. I can't control if you do, but i'd prefer if you don't.

- My designs come with commercial rights but NOT the art I have made, unless the jammyx was a special case (such as a vtuber model).

- You are free to make alternate forms of the same character they do not have to stay as a Jammyx.

These terms are prone to changes/updates, I will keep the date I last updated anything at the top of this TOS.
